ACS Comments:
1. All RWP’s have been located towards the rear, at GL 4. Confirmed 110 dia - RWP.
2. RWP’s at taken down at every column along GL 4 will be adequate to drain the slab. Slab cut outs will have to be left accordingly. A scupper drain arrangement with a built drain detail has been provided in the drawing.
3. Access to the Roof terrace is through the external staircase.
4. NCD foundation detail to allow for two storey staircase.
5. A void on the slab has been created over the internal staircase. This can be detailed out to have a translucent light weight roof structure for a naturally lit stairwell.
